2007 Picnic/Championship Games

2007 MGSA PICNIC
& RECREATION LEAGUE TOURNAMENT

PLAYERS, PARENTS & FAMILIES ARE ALL WELCOME.
SUNDAY, JULY 29 AT GREENWOOD PARK
CHAMPIONSHIP GAMES AT 1:00
FOOD WILL BE SERVED AT 3:00

Each division has been assigned to bring the following:
T-Ball – Cut up vegetables
Div 1 – Cut up Vegetables
Div 2 – 24 pack of Bottled water
Div 3 - Desserts
Div 4 - Snacks (Chips, Pretzels, etc.)
Travel – Fruit
MGSA is providing Hot Dogs and Pizza.
Water may be brought earlier in the week, and dropped off at the concession stand.
Food should be given to the crew running the food tent.
VOLUNTEERS NEEDED TO HELP IN THE FOOD TENT. IF YOU CAN HELP, PLEASE CONTACT A BOARD MEMBER.

UMPIRES VS. COACHES GAME starting at 4:00.
All umpires, blue or gray will be playing against coaches and parents. Bring your own teams, or walk ons welcome. This will be a slow pitch game, 7 innings, no time limit. Have fun – no injuries!
